Self‑hosted model: PipraPay Enterprise is deployed on your organization’s own VPS (your “Base URL”). Data synced from the mobile app goes only to your self-hosted PipraPay server and is governed by your organization’s policies. PipraPay corporate systems do not receive any SMS content unless explicitly configured by your organization.

This page explains how to remove data from: (a) the PipraPay mobile app on your device, and (b) your self‑hosted PipraPay server (dashboard). If you use third-party infrastructure (e.g., backups), follow their deletion procedures as well.
Open the App → Settings
Tap Delete SMS Data to remove all locally/server stored enterprise SMS records.
Optionally filter by Status (Stored, Used, Error) before cleaning.
(Optional) Logout out to remove cached session data.
(Optional) Uninstall the app to remove remaining local data. Note: This does not remove records already synced to your server.
Server-side data is under your control. An admin can delete synced records using one or more of the following methods:
Sign in to your PipraPay dashboard (your Base URL on your VPS).
Navigate to Enterprise Automation > SMS Data.
Select specific records or apply filters (date range, sender, status), then choose Delete.
Repeat for other entities you may want to remove (e.g., Users, Devices, Logs).
Backups: ensure deletions are reflected by pruning or expiring backups per your policy.
Access revocation: disable or remove devices to prevent future data syncs.
Confirm that records no longer appear in Enterprise Automation > SMS Data.
Check system logs or metrics (if enabled) to ensure no further uploads from removed devices.
You are the data controller for records stored on your VPS. Configure retention and deletion workflows to meet your jurisdictional and contractual obligations.
If processing personal data, document deletion requests and outcomes for auditability.
If you have questions about these instructions, email [email protected]. For data stored on your self-hosted server, contact your organization’s administrator.
